Rather than relying solely on generic models or time-intensive computations, users can physically assemble metal nodes and organic linkers to visualize framework topology, pore dimensions, steric accessibility, and connectivity in real time. Crucially, EZChem customizes the kit to match the needs of each research project — providing specific metal ions, in their relevant oxidation states, coordination geometries, and linker functionalities relevant to the chemistry under investigation.
